Hi, I’m Lindsay—Registered Dietitian, mom of three, and former professional cheerleader (yep, really!).
With 12+ years of experience in nutrition, biochemistry, and habit science, I help women rebuild trust with their bodies—without rules, guilt, or perfection.
My approach is grounded in compassion and real-life science—because healing your relationship with food should feel like coming home, not climbing a mountain.
I created FED Mamas because I know how easy it is to lose yourself in motherhood and all the conflicting food advice, comparison traps, and wellness noise out there. I’m here to help you reconnect with your body, your joy, and a way of eating that actually works in your real life.

The meaning behind the name
Most parents know the phrase “FED is best” when learning to nourish their babies. But that message doesn’t stop at infancy. Being nourished—with food, care, and compassion—is essential at every stage.
And on a personal note? FED is extra special—it’s the initials of my three kids. They’re the reason I created FED Mamas and FED Kids: to help break the cycle of diet culture and model something different for the next generation.
This isn’t just nutrition. It’s legacy work.

Is this covered by health insurance?
FED Mamas is led by a Registered Dietitian and may be eligible for coverage under extended health benefits, depending on your provider.
It’s your responsibility to confirm with your insurer whether Registered Dietitian services are covered and if a group program like this is eligible. If you plan to submit your receipt, please check that you meet their requirements before enrolling.
Do you offer refunds?
Because of the nature of this program, the digital resources provided, and the potential for insurance reimbursement, all sales are final and non-refundable.

How do YOU feel about your body now?
Such a good—and honest—question.
The truth? My relationship with my body is mostly peaceful now. Not perfect. Not “love every part, every day”… because that’s not real.
Do I love it all the time? No.
There are still moments where a critical thought pops in, or where I wish something looked different. I think if we all had a magic wand, most of us would use it.
But here’s what’s different now:
Those thoughts don’t ruin my day.
They don’t even ruin the moment.
I have tools—real ones—that help me move through those thoughts with compassion and curiosity instead of spiraling into guilt or shame.
There are still parts of my body I wish were different…
