How sessions are delivered

All 1:1 Nutrition Sessions are offered online by secure video call.
This allows you to receive support from the comfort of your home, office, or wherever works best for your life.

You will receive clear instructions for accessing your virtual session once your appointment is booked.

How it Works:

Initial Session (90 minutes) – $180

A comprehensive first session to understand your health, your history, and what you want support with.

We will cover:

  • Your health background, routines, and current challenges

  • What is most important for your body right now

  • Practical, habit based strategies you can implement immediately

  • Education that makes your choices feel clearer, not more complicated

Follow Up Sessions (45 minutes) – $90

Ongoing support to help you integrate, adjust, and move forward.

We will use these sessions for:

  • Refining your approach as life changes

  • Working through challenges or questions

  • Building habits that actually fit your capacity

  • Staying connected to what supports your wellbeing

You will also have access to simple support tools such as a journal or habit tracker and private, secure messaging to help you apply what we discuss between sessions.

Appointment Availability

Appointments are primarily offered during weekday daytime hours.
A limited number of evening appointments may be available.

This structure allows me to provide thoughtful, present care while maintaining a sustainable schedule.

A note about location

Individual nutrition counseling sessions are available exclusively to Manitoba residents. If you reside outside of Manitoba, please contact Lindsay to discuss your options.

Hi, I’m Lindsay, a Registered Dietitian (RD) with over a decade of experience helping people move beyond diet culture and build sustainable, respectful relationships with their bodies.

My work is grounded in:

  • A non diet, weight inclusive approach

As a mom of three and a business owner, I understand how limited time, energy, and capacity can feel. My goal is not to give you more to do, but to help you make choices that actually support your life.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is required to book a session.

Many extended health plans include coverage for services provided by a Registered Dietitian.

Coverage varies by provider and plan. A receipt will be provided after each session for insurance submission.

If you have questions about whether your plan includes dietitian services, your benefits provider can help clarify your coverage.
