Simple Green Beans

Ingredients
- 750 g frozen french style green beans I have found the french style green beans are easier to roast (less time and more consistent) but if you don't like that style you can try the extra fine green beans
- 1 tbsp oil I use canola oil but any high smoke point oil would be good
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp black pepper
- salt to taste
Instructions
- preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit
- spread the frozen green beans on the baking sheet (I line with parchment paper to make clean up a breeze but this step is not necessary)
- toss green beans with oil, black pepper, garlic powder and salt
- roast in oven for 30 minutes, stirring/flipping at the halfway point
- enjoy!
