Proactive Action
Stop guessing what to do for your health.
Get clarity on what actually matters for your body and your life.
A six-month program for women who care deeply about their health, but are done with noise, one-size-fits-all advice, and trying to piece together what actually matters.
If you’ve been doing “the right things” but still feel unsure where to focus…
If every expert seems to say something different…
If you don’t want to wait until something is wrong to start taking your health seriously…
Proactive Action helps you stop second-guessing and start making choices that are grounded in clarity, not pressure.
So instead of wondering all day if you’re “doing it right,” you can actually trust your choices again and free up the mental energy you’ve been spending questioning yourself.
This Is Not Another Plan To Follow
Proactive Action is a six-month hybrid coaching experience for women who want a clear, personalized approach to health without shame, pressure, or diet culture.
This isn’t about doing more, it’s about doing what actually supports you.
You will not be handed rigid rules.
You will be guided with clarity, structure, and experienced support so you’re not left trying to interpret everything on your own.
Proactive Action is where we move beyond generic advice and start asking better questions:
What is actually happening inside your body right now?
What does your energy, health, and capacity need from you?
How do we build habits that fit your real life?
- Not “what should I be doing?” but “what makes sense for me right now?”
This is the kind of support that meets you on a chaotic Tuesday, not just on your “best” weeks.
Who This Is For
Proactive Action is for women who:
-
Care deeply about their health and want an alternative to surface-level, mainstream messaging
-
Are self-aware, accountable, and ready to take responsibility for their wellbeing without needing to be perfect about it
-
Think about the kind of life they want to live as they age and want their daily choices to support that vision
-
Feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice and want clarity on what actually works for their body
-
Want education from professionals, not the loudest voice online
-
Value support that is compassionate, honest, and grounded in science, not control
This is for women who do not just want to “do more” for their health.
They want to do what actually matters.
Who This Is Not For
Proactive Action is not the right fit if you:
Are looking for a quick fix or a weight-loss-focused program
Want rigid meal plans, strict rules, or someone to simply tell you what to do
Are not open to reflection, learning, or trying new approaches
Are not in a place to prioritize even small, intentional changes
This work invites participation, reflection, and learning, rather than simply following instructions.
What Makes Proactive Action Different
Most health programs are built around control.
Eat less. Do more. Follow the plan. Try harder.
Proactive Action is built around care.
Because trying harder stops working when you’re already doing your best.
Instead of asking, “How do I fix my body?”
We ask, “What does my body need from me right now?”
You will gain:
Clarity instead of confusion
Know what actually matters for your body, not what happens to be trending.
So you’re not constantly second-guessing yesterday’s choices.
Confidence instead of second-guessing
Make choices rooted in understanding, not guilt, fear, or external rules.
Even when life is busy or imperfect.
Direction without pressure to do everything
Focus your energy where it will make the biggest difference.
Without feeling like health has to take over your life.
This is about understanding your body, advocating for your health, and making choices that align with your life instead of fighting against it.
What’s Included
Over six months, you will receive a high-touch, flexible structure designed for busy women.
One-on-One Sessions
Two 30-minute private sessions each month, available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Focused, individualized coaching to help you sort through what is realistic right now, identify what will actually make a difference, and move forward in a way that fits your life.
Monthly Group Coaching
(Connection and Support)
A guided space to reflect on what you’re learning, talk through what feels challenging, and connect with other women navigating similar changes. This is about support and shared understanding, not more information.
Ongoing Guidance Between Sessions
Quick digital check-ins to track energy, sleep, mood, stress, and life context, with the option to upload wearable data so you receive real-time support and you’re never left wondering, “Am I doing this right?”
Personalized Health Insights

What Changes When You Have Clarity
“Before Proactive Action, sometimes I felt in control and sometimes I didn’t. I had knowledge, but I wasn’t always confident in my choices, and I didn’t always know what would actually help.
Proactive Action gave me the tools to approach myself and my relationship with food with compassion, backed by deep knowledge and insight. The experience was empowering—it was truly life-changing. Having Lindsay in your corner as a cheerleader through the whole process is priceless.
I finished the program feeling equipped, confident, and ready to succeed. My choices are now guided by genuine care for my body, not guilt or diet rules. I feel more confident taking care of myself, and I have everything I need to continue moving forward.”
–Meredith
This is what it looks like when clarity replaces control.
Clients don’t just leave with “better habits.”
They leave with:
Confidence in their choices
Less noise around food and health
More consistent energy
A sense of calm instead of constant self-correction
Not perfection.
Not pressure.
Just intentional, supported progress that feels steady (not fragile) so you stop spending emotional energy wondering if you’re failing and start using that energy to live.
Your Investment
Proactive Action is an investment in clarity, support, and a health strategy that actually fits your life.

This program is about helping you understand your body, build sustainable habits, and make health decisions from a place of care, clarity, and long-term wellbeing. Many women experience changes in energy, confidence, and their relationship with food, but the focus is not shrinking your body. The focus is supporting your health in a way that lasts.

Proactive Action is designed specifically for busy women.
You’ll receive:
- Two private one-on-one sessions each month
- Simple weekly check-ins that take just a few minutes
- Ongoing messaging support
- Group connection and learning that’s meant to support real life, not overwhelm it
This is not about doing everything perfectly.
It’s about making intentional, supported progress in a way that works with your capacity.
Do I need to have done FED Mamas first?
No. Proactive Action is for women who are ready to take a proactive, thoughtful approach to their health. Some participants come from FED Mamas, and others do not. What matters most is that you’re open to learning, reflection, and making intentional changes rooted in care rather than control.
